Heartland holding Community Appreciation Fall Fling Share
Heartland Christian Village is inviting folks from Neoga and the surrounding area to its campus from 4-7 p.m., tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 11, when it will hold a Community Appreciation Fall Fling. All food and entertainment will be free. Activities will include a meal with hotdogs, salads and fixings, snow cones and popcorn. A number of activities for the children will include face art and hayrides. There will also be a car show with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes awarded. Two live bands will provide music during the event. Brad Brown Band will do gospel music from 4-6 p.m. and Rick's Band will play from 6-8, an hour past the end of the other activities. The nursing home's new transportation van will also be on display.
