TNT Video Moves to new location  Share
Shortly after celebrating the business' first year of operations, renovations were completed at 112 W. Main Street in Oblong for TNT Video to move their establishment down the street. Business owners Butch and Debbie Knicely purchased the property in December of '08 and immediately went to work. For many years, the building had been vacant. Once the failing roof was replaced, the building was gutted, including the removal of the old store front. Competing with inclement weather and time, Butch and Debbie managed to complete the project toward the end of June, providing a new look for their business and improving the overall ascetic of the downtown. The renovations provide the community of Oblong with a new face to their downtown. With the help of friends, local businesses, and the City of Oblong, the renovations will provide additional charm to downtown Oblong. The improvements made maintain the original integrity of the building and reflect a modern look. TNT Video is a retail establishment that provides movie rentals, tanning services, and specialty goods. Business hours are: Monday through Thursday 1-8 pm and Friday and Saturday 1-9pm. The store is closed on Sunday.
